Recorded before and during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, "distant together" examines the spaces between us all and the choices we face in how we treat ourselves and one another.

Featuring a variety of textures and rhythms, this EP is guitar-forward while covering new ground for the band. Leaning more on psychedelia, synths, samba beats and clean tones, "distant together" steps away from the blues-heavy sounds of previous TLD releases to deliver a less-definable, yet upbeat aural presence.
